The copy in front of me has the art of #1A (the SDCC version) but the text in the lower left corner is for the Canadian Nation Comic Book Expo 2001. My copy is signed by John Ney Rieber in the lower right in silver sharpie.
I could not find a picture of this cover with the Canadian Expo text on the Internet, so I took a picture of my copy. I have submitted this using the desktop software as #1D.
