Rowdy these are reprints of Beware (1953 Trojan/Merit) #10 with new cover art from Ryan Brown. I would assume you would put it under that series as a varaint cover?

Dont know the publisher and date and cropped your images and used them as preview art. Also dont know the connection to Ryan Brown when you mention Raymond Gay is the cover artist for these.
Either way, I like to believe I did the best with the provided information. Could not find anything regarding these online unfortunately. Thank you for reporting.
Rowdy sorry for the confusion, they are Ryan Brown and I will see if I can find additional information from the book but the inside cover is just a exact reprint of the original inside cover no new publisher information.
