I suspect this is the same as index 11359, as that one is labelled chromium edition. I only see one edition of this cover online (the chrome/foil edition). If you find information that suggest there are two editions of this cover, please drop it below.

Interesting that only on the title page does it say these are “Vampirella new monthly #12”. On the back covers, they say “ Vampirella vs Mistress Nyx #1”
