Plot:
A technophobe P.I. teams up with a cyborg assassin to solve the mystery of his ex-partner’s murder.
Ralph
A former cop and private investigator who spends his spare time beating up cyborgs. He retired from the force once getting cybernetic enhancements became commonplace in the workplace. He hates technology (and it seems to hate him), and the fact that technology has more or less taken over, makes him feel like a man out of time and isolated from the rest of society. He’s pulled right back into the fray when he hears about his old partner’s mysterious death, and the cyborg assassin that might be behind it.
Charisma
The titular Cyborg Assassin, she’s really good at her job. Despite her proficiency Charisma is tortured by her work and would love nothing more than to quit and do some soul searching. Unfortunately there’s a pesky P.I. she has to kill.
