How do I add a new Subject? Our preschool has some “studies” that we want to be able to use to quickly find specific books that we have assigned to the study. Years ago, I created some, but I cannot figure out where to do that now. Thank you
Click on a book, then click “Edit”. The go to the subject field and just add a subject for that book.
After saving the book, the subject will become available to select for other books as well.

Thank you. Yesterday I tried that over and over, but the new subject would not show up. However, today it did. I appreciate you taking time to answer.
You got it, good to hear you got it working now.
Please know that you have to add a subject to an actual book to make it appear and keep it in your pick list (unused pick list items do not show, so if you have a subject that is not being used anymore, you won’t see it in the pick list anymore). Could be something there.
