Can I enter multiple copies of comics using the add to queue feature without having to accept the prompt “add as new” for each duplicate?
There is no “do this for all” checkbox/button, that is on the ideas list though. Bit of a scary one if you’re not sure of course, but then again, you’d use it at your own risk 
+1 to the feature request of “Yes to All” when adding queued comics.
It’s painful for large collections, because the possibility of dupes is high when adding from a new acquisition, and would rather not have to hit “yes” for each dupe when I know it’s a dupe.
Furthermore, if you try and hit the yes key before the button comes into focus, you’re likely to hit the cancel button which is right behind it.

In the web version Settings→Behaviour “Duplicating Comics” toggle?. There does not seem to be an App equivalent.
This is only for when you remove a comic in your collection, or actually click the “Duplicate this comic” when clicking the 3 dot menu above a comic details page. It has nothing to do with the Add Comics screen though.
The feature request is there, it will likely happen at some point.
