The entirety of Airboy Comics should be retitled according to the volume number. For example:
Airboy Comics #23V2#11 should be Airboy Comics, Vol. 2 issue 11 variant [1].
Airboy Comics #38V4#2 should be Airboy Comics, Vol. 4 issue 2 variant [38]
Hi there, sorry for the delay. This is quite a puzzle, I have however come up with a way that fixes this series. Will probably have it done either at the end of this week or the start of next week. I’ll update here once I’m finished.

yes, went trough a few but still have the serie open to work on it. Planning on having it done this week though!

These should all be fixed now. The order in Core is something I can’t fix for now but they have the right issue numbering and details. I’ll be adding more along during this week.
Getting closer. Many of the Hillman Comics titles have separate series for each volume, this would be another instance of where that might be a good idea. Of course if there was a Volume field in the database that might help matters. I’m perplexed why that field doesn’t exist.
I just went ahead and created it locally according to the volume scheme used for Air Fighters Comics, which turned into Airboy Comics.
Since it is in a collection where I keep track of the scans of public domain comics I’ve downloaded from the Digital Comics Museum, I’ll never need to update values or anything from Core.
