Alphabetizing album titles with using "The;" i.e. Grateful Dead, not The Grateful Dead

Hi there.

I looked for this topic as I’m sure others have the same issue, but I couldn’t find it. Forgive me if I missed it somewhere.

I have several artists listed alphabetically under “The” rather than the band’s name.

How do I make the program/app ignore or notice “The” as needed?

P.S. On a semi-related line, how do I make it match up Arlo Guthrie albums to those it lists as by Guthrie Arlo? They really should all be in the G listings.
