Already have an account, but told to sub to add movies

I’ve had an account since 2021 and I believe I’ve been on the yearly subscription tier, but for some reason I can’t upload my movie adds to the app. I thought I had to re-subscribe or something, but it’s still taking me to the subscription page while also telling me I’m subscribed. It says my “free trial” has run out, despite paying for the service for years.

I think it may have been a password issue, but I also may have a second account and don’t know it. It may have something to do with the cloud syncing, which something felt off when I did it last month.
