Here’s a weird one.
I have, in my collection, an ashcan sized copy of Angel Vol.1 #1 that came free with a magazine called Big Hit. After some internet sleuthing I found out that Big Hit was a Australian teen magazine from 1999 to the early 2000s. The comic reprints part 1 of the Surrogates story and advertises parts 2 and 3 (Angel Vol.1 002 and 003) on the back cover.
I’ve no idea if issues 2 and 3 were published in this format. Maybe an Australian collector can help with this ( I didn’t arrive in Oz until 2016)
