App closing every time I try to add a game

Hi,

impossible to add a game because the app is closing when using + sign.

App version : 10.2.1

iOS version : 26.0

iPad 8th generation

Saw the release note for the lastest version and went to check the feature and not working anymore. Is the problem just on my end, didn’t see other post for this issue?

You’re the 4th report (and 2nd user) to report this!
(Because as the first reporter sent us 3 emails today about it)

So the barcode scanning on iPad has a bug. We just fixed it about 8 hours ago, and once Apple approves our fix, it should be live in the App Store.

If you have an iPhone, I recommend trying it on their, the “1 by 1” scanner really comes out best on a phone!

We just uploaded version 10.2.2 that fixes this problem.

Your app may have updated itself already (check the menu top left, the version number is at the top).

If it hasn’t updated itself yet, here’s how to force the update:

on iOS:

  1. On your device, open the App Store app.
  2. Search “CLZ” and select your CLZ app.
  3. Tap “Update” to update the app.

Can you please let me know if that worked or not?

Hi.

Just tested out the version 10.2.2 and no more crashing while trying to add new items. New feature “one-by-one” is also working fine.
