Every time I try to open app it just flashes and closes. Please help

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with our CLZ Comics Mobile app.
That sounds like an issue we solved on October 15th with version 9.10.2.
Can you double check if you have the latest version? (or just check if there’s a new version available for you?)
on iOS:
- On your device, open the App Store app.
- Search “CLZ” and select your CLZ app.
- Tap “Update” to update the app.
See if it loads again.
If it doesn’t, I would like to get a crash log from your device:
To investigate this issue I would like to get a crashlog from your device. Here’s how you can obtain one:
- Reproduce the crash.
- Open iOS’s settings app.
- Choose ‘Privacy & Security’
- Choose ‘Analytics & Improvements’
- Choose ‘Analytics Data’
- Pick the latest entry from the list which corresponds with the crashing app. The file name should correspond with the app, and the current date.
So the filename begins with “CLZ” - Tap the ‘share’ button. (The square icon with the arrow pointing out of it).
- Select ‘Mail’ in the menu that pops up.
- Send the e-mail message to:
User has emailed us back that the problem has resolved itself after reinstalling the app.
