I ordered with upfront payment for one year of Music Connect and CLZ Music (Apple) Subscription but I am still being charged the monthly subscription for CLZ Music through the Apple store… Can I just cancel the Apple store subscription?
If you start subscribing for the CLZ mobile app through our own CLZ Shop, then yes, you always need to CANCEL your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
BTW: we actually prefer subscriptions to be running through the App Store or Play Store.
