Auto-sync problem

The Auto-sync seems to be out of order. I have to manually press ‘Sync changes’ even though the ‘Auto-sync’ is on.

Can you go to your main screen, with all your movies, and just don’t touch anything for 30 second. Does it eventually sync? (*it should!)

Opening the “sync screen” with autosync switched on will not start the sync.

Sorry to say, but it still doesn’t auto-sync.

Can you show me this in a video:

  • go to sync screen and press the sync button: I need to know that it actually does sync if you force it to.

  • now go to main screen, keep auto sync on, then make 1 change to a movie.

  • save the change and just let it sit, and film, for 30 seconds.

  • Now check the sync screen.

Here’s how you can make a screen recording on your Android device:

  1. Swipe down twice from the top of your screen.
  2. Tap “Screen record”.

If “Screen record” is not there, you might need to swipe right to find it. If it’s not there, tap “Edit” and drag “Screen record” to your Quick Settings.

  1. Choose what you want to record and tap Start. The recording begins after the countdown.
  2. To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the “Screen recorder” notification.

You can find the files in the Photos app in Library > Movies.
You can send me the file(s) via:

Hi again. For reasons unknown the Auto-sync is now working again and i can’t reproduce the problem I had earlier. You don’t have to waste anymore time with this :slightly_smiling_face: (I restarted my phone, and after that everything synced fine again)
