I have a question, maybe there is some solution, becouse I’ve done it already multiple times.
When I’m in “On Wish List” section, and adding new book its set to “In Collection” (I know I can change it). Is there an option to set it automatically based on “location” in app I’m currently, so when I’m in “In Collection” section new added books status is set to “In Collection” etc.?

I’m afraid there is no solution.
During adding you can use the little triangle on the “Add” button to change it to Wish List, or In Collection, and it remembers your last choice there.
We’ve had this request before too, for instance “when I’m in location folder X, can the location automatically be set to X as well?” - but that’s not really how our add screens are set up.
You have an “add button” which you can change to whatever you want.
You could be in the “ALL” mode (so not a specific collection status view - and it is unclear what the add button would do then).
I guess there is something to say that the Add button would run along with your collection status filter - but I’m afraid we’d have more confused users than.. not. I have taken note of your suggestion!
Just an idea - there could be simple toggle or checkbox in settings for users to automatic location if they want. In situation where current location is “All Books” it could be last time used as it’s right now or default to “In collection” or even setting in same section with “Default location” drop-down.
But to be understood correctly - those are just my ideas not any kind of suggesting that I know better because I’ve never made such amazing software
Here’s a tip:
For Location you could use Pre-fill screen.
Tap the menu top left, then tap Pre-fill settings.
Make sure Location is one of the fields, and make sure to make it “always popup” (well that’s your choice).
Then every time you add a book, the app will ask which location you want to use for the books you’re adding, and it will remember your previous choice as well. Works for many fields by the way (in pre-fill settings you can click the cogwheel icon to modify which fields you want to “pre-fill” with data before adding a book).
If you set it to “not display everytime”, the setting will work “under-water” and just use whatever you’ve filled in in pre-fill settings for those fields.
