Hi. About a month back, a Windows Update deleted my audio and speakers so I had to reset my computer (which didn’t give me back either). Anyway, I had saved my personal files before the reset. Now, when I’m ready to go back to Book Collector again, it won’t let me log in. It says my info is incorrect even though I’ve checked it in the account (which it lets me get into). I tried resetting my p/w but that doesn’t help. I’ve tried to log in with just my username and p/w and just my email and p/w. Neither works. I can see my books and info but can’t get to them.
