In mobile app on my Android phone, adding a book manually from Main Menu throws you out of the system back to location of mobile app on Android phone. Error message says it is a bug an to upgrade once problem is fixed.
To investigate we need to know:
- Which type of device you have?
- Which Android OS is installed on it, which version?
The above are important, we may be able to find crashes in our logs for that that way.
Lastly something to try is make sure you are on version 11.1.3 of our app. You can see this in the menu top left.
on Android:
- On your device, open the Play Store app.
- Search “CLZ” and select your CLZ app.
- Tap “Update” to update the app.
