When using the Manage Pick List function, the back-button in the topleft corner doesn’t work. This is on my Android phone.
Nice catch! That is a bug in our system (a fellow user found it 6 days ago actually).
For now use the back button/swipe on your Android to go back, that should work (as a workaround, of course).
We will get this fixed for the next version. My apologies for the inconvenience!
