Your clz comics app has a bug whicj prevents me from opening the app
Have you updated the app to the latest version? What OS are you on? Android or Apple?
Android. I restarted my phone and it works now.
Good to hear it’s working again.
That does sound like a crash, so I’d be interested in a crash/bug log from your Android phone if it happens again.
Just in case you can make it happen again:
Use the following steps to generate a bug report:

Unlock Developer options

- Go to your Android’s settings screen.
- Tap “About” (or something similar)
- Somewhere in your “About” screen there should be a button “Build Number”. If you can’t find it, please check your phone’s user manual, (tip: a Google search is probably faster)
- Now Tap “Build Number” a total of 7 times.
- Navigate to the Settings app, choose ‘Developer options’ and enable ‘USB debugging’
Reproduce Crash and send us the report.

Go into your CLZ mobile app and reproduce the error you’re getting.

After the error, navigate to the Settings app on your device as soon as possible and choose ‘Developer options’

Tap ‘Take bug report’

Tap ‘Report’

Wait, it could take a couple of minutes for this process to complete. You will not see a progress bar during this time.

You will get a notification at the top of your screen telling you the report has been captured.

Open the notification and tap “Touch to share Report”

Send the file to your email address and then upload it to us via:
