the headline says it all I have a paid Comics Mobile App and Comics desktop, which ran out a few days ago, and I am no longer sync between these two. Did I miss an announcement or possibly a bug?

I’ve checked your account and it seems your Comic Collector desktop subscription ran out on 2025-01-02.
That means that you can’t sync on Comic Collector desktop right now.
Your CLZ Comics mobile subscription is still valid and working (so you can still sync on that one).
You can renew your desktop subscription through https://my.clz.com if you wish to continue using it!
Alternatively you could opt to switch to CLZ Comics Web right there too (use the Switch me over to do so).
CLZ Comics Web works in your webbrowser (no installable software) + you never have to sync with CLZ Comics Web, as everything is automatically in sync there!

As I understand that you are here to generate money, a once fully paid piece of software is now sitting dead in the water. This was not the case in the past, when one didn’t renew the license! Actually, you could still use for what you paid and had only to do without new features/bug fixes etc. As there is also no longer a linking to core possible the only workaround is to input data twice (first in my paid Mobile app, then again in the desktop software).
You will surely understand that I will no longer invest in your software in the future, as I find your business model not ok.
I have checked your account and the grandfathered status only applies to your Game Collector with CLZ Games software. The comic cataloging software was purchased under the current business model.
