So I show as having an active subscription for CLZ Movies. I had logged into over 160 movies during the trial period. It then became an active subscription. But now I log into and no movies are showing. I know i must have accidentally created a new account but i’ve been trying for a few hours now all different possibilities and no luck. Even tried resetting my password and still nothing.
Mark, I have replied to your support ticket #283183 last Saturday. Did you not receive it?
You had TWO CLZ accounts. CLZ Movies was linked to a relay account.
I have now merged the accounts into one, under your real email address. Please login to CLZ Movies with your CLZ account. Your 160 movie database is safely backed up inside the linked CLZ cloud.
Please reply to the existing email conversation via our Zendesk system, so I know you have access to the app and its existing database.
