Cast picture is blank, and won't update

The cast picture for Robert De Niro is blank and won’t update from CLZ Core. I changed the Download settings for data and images to Replace. Then, I right-clicked on the movie I wanted to update and selected the Update from CLZ Core, but it didn’t work. Thoughts?

Can you try to right click a movie with Robert De Niro in it, then click Update from Core.

Now for Cast and Cast/Crew Images set it to replace.

Now do Update from Core.
