Seeing an issue in both the app and desktop versions. Unable to sync from mobile and linking to covrprice show an invalid cert/privacy error for redir.collectorz.net.

I have checked but that certificate IS valid (up to November 1).
I would recommend rebooting your router or modem, then try again.
Looks like it’s the firewall at work blocking it as I was able to sync once I got home. We have really tight security on our end and it seems that the issuing authority of your cert isn’t allowed by our side.

A root certificate for “Fortinet” is required but isn’t installed. Your IT administrator should look at configuration instructions for “Fortinet” to fix this problem. Applications that can cause this error include antivirus, firewall, and web-filtering or proxy software.
