I would like to remove trailers that say not available or to remove or fix trailers that are for the wrong film. Is there a way I can do this?

It is not possible to remove/modify or add your own trailers on Movie Connect.
We do update trailers on our side, which automatically appear on your side when we do.
We are seeing that a lot are not working anymore, which we do know about, but if you have a couple you really need fixed, feel free to post them in the Core Errors subforum here, and Martin can take a look at them to fix them with priority for you.
A request to allow users to add/remove/modify their own YouTube trailer links is on our list.
Isn’t that possible on the Windows version now on the links tab. I seem to remember fixing a few but time constraints and more important life issues always get in the way
Yes, on the Windows version you can remove the YouTube trailer link, or add more. But this question was about Movie Connect.
