Changing the core comic a record is linked to?

This is almost certainly user error, but I’ve been trying to make this happen safely without success. I have a book in the collection that turns out to be a different book than I thought it was. Specifically, I thought I had 2 Action Philosophers #1 published by Evil Twin (the self published run by the creators), but instead I have only one of those and the other is a Dark Horse re-issue that was put out in expectation of the TPB Dark Horse released. I want to change the Dark Horse one to the right comic without losing any of the other metadata. Is that possible? I know I could just create a new record and copy and paste the data, but that seems inelegant and also would be a new record when the current record really is this book. Hope that makes sense, and also hope this is just me being dense and there’s an easy way to do it.

If it is a variant, you can use the menu above the comic details and hit “re-link variant”.

If it is not a variant, you can try clicking that menu, hit unlink, then do it again and hit Link Comic and find it.

If that doesn’t work for you either, the only option is to add it new, and just type the meta data in it again.
