Cloud Sync Error

Been having cloud sync errors, despite wiping the database online. Possibly triggered by trying to add some Chromatic games. This happens on both my iPad and my iPhone.

This is the sequence that happens when I wipe the cloud database and try to sync on both:




I am having the same issues, but no Chromatic games. Just did a price charting updating and trying to sync.

I too tried wiping my online DB and am getting the same error still.

We’ve fixed some problems with the sync code, can you guys try again, see if you’re able to sync now?

Had to delete the cloud db again but after that it worked. Thanks!

I’ve checked your account with us and it seems you are syncing again without errors, is that correct? Or do you still get the error today?

Yeah, also having problems with this. My last successful sync was Dec 22nd.

On which device exactly? Could you post a screenshot for me? When I check your acount with us I don’t see a problem with the thing that caused issues for the users in this topic - so it might be a different problem.

I reached out to the customer service e-mail as well and they were able to help me get it cleared up. :grinning:
