Something went wrong there indeed. With the help of the CovrPrice crew, we have been able to fix this for you now.

Hi same issue. I just renewed my covrprice now (was a user in 2022-2024) but CLZ doesn’t see it. On covrprice it says my account is already linked. Thanks
Fixed. I just deleted the token in covrprice and relinked in clz.

For anyone else who reads this and has troubles with their subscription in CovrPrice/CLZ: feel free to just create a new topic or send an email to us via help.clz.com (account related stuff is usually easier via email).
I think I’ve got my Covrprice account straight, but I can’t get it to link with my CLZ account.
@Will1220 We’ve checked your account and we see all sorts of subscriptions started/canceled/stopped/switched, via the CLZ app, and also via CovrPrice website itself..
Can you tell me:
- Where are you subscribed now, (like how are you paying for this, right now, what is the active subscription?)
- Can you check your Play Store account on Android and just check if you are still paying for any subscriptions there?
