CLZ and CovrPrice Not Linking

So I went to subscribe to CovrPrice from the mobile app using the link provided in the menu and suscribing worked fine but my subscription status still states “None: subscribe now” but when I click on it it shows I have purchased the Premium Plan. I have the receipt from Apple confirming that. I cannot update values as the FAQ said to do. I went to the CovrPrice site but it made me sign in a whole new account and acts like I’m not a subscriber. How do I fix this?

I checked your account and I do not see the CovrPrice subscription there.
Could it be under a different account, with a different email address?
When did you subscribe to CovrPrice exactly?

Hi Alwin, I subscribed directly from the CLZ Mobile app yesterday around 3:00pm MST (US). I clicked on the link under “Subscription Status” in the “Comic Values from CovrPrice” section. It allowed me to subscribe so it would be under the same Apple account I set up CLZ with. I also recieved my reciept from Apple.
I’m going to attempt to upload a couple of screenshots to show my status.


When I click on the “None: Subscribe Now” link now, it shows the second screen shot showing I have a subscription, but if I click on “Check Value” or “Update Values” the app acts like I don’t have a subscription.

Can you give us your Apple Order ID for that CovrPrice purchase?
That should be in the emails you received from Apple.

That will help us find your order and subscription.
