CLZ Cloud

I’m having problems with the CLZ Cloud as far as the Cloud Sharing button. When I click on it, it just gives me a blank white screen. If I click refresh, the page will pop up for a sec and then disappear. This is happening in both the Music and Movies cloud, but I would assume it’s happening in all the others as well.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get my privacy settings back for my collections

Do you use a VPN?
Do you have any plugins installed in the browser (and can you try without?)

Can you also share a screenshot of your entire browsing screen while it’s white?

Your questions have basically solved the issue. Let me explain:

In which browser are you doing this? Firefox, so I tried Chrome and there was no problem with the cloud sharing page.

Do you use a VPN? No

Do you have any plugins installed in the browser (and can you try without?) I use Adblock Plus, so I turned it off for the CLZ site and voila! I can see the cloud sharing page with no problem.

Can you also share a screenshot of your entire browsing screen while it’s white? Not necessary as the problem is solved.

Thanks for providing the questions that made me check a few other things to solve the issue.

That is interesting, I’ll take note if I see similar reports so we can at least try suggesting disabling Adblock Plus :slight_smile:
