CLZ/CovrPrice Not Linked

I am experiencing the issue where I subbed to CovrPrice through the CLZ mobile app but it isn’t working. I can see I did sub as when I bring it up I get the following -

However it always shows as Subscription None -

It looks like something went wrong with the processing of your CovrPrice subscription, it has not been added to your CLZ Account correctly.
Can you please provide me with your Apple Order ID for the CovrPrice subscription? That will help me find your subscription and link it to your account manually.

To find your Apple Order ID for your CovrPrice Premium subscription, please follow the steps below:

Open the App Store appTap on your user picture, top rightTap “Purchase History”Tap the CovrPrice Premium entryCopy the OrderID or take a screenshot there and send it to us.

Hi Graham,

Thanks for sending the Apple Order ID. This has helped us find and manually process your CovrPrice subscription.

Your CovrPrice functionality should now be fully functional, start by choose Update Values from the menu.

Can you please let me know if that worked or not?
