Need help. movie collection app for the iPhone, crashed yesterday. It’s on the iPhone, but whenI try to open it up, it opens and flashes off. Do I need to delete, which I know how to do…but I can’t remember how to put the app back on the phone. I searched apple and could not find it. Thanks for helping me. Larry
Hi Larry, sorry to hear that’s happening.
I’ve checked and I see 13115 movies in your CLZ Cloud. Is that number correct?
Because if you were to remove the app and then reinstall it, you would have to re-download all those movies from your cloud, and it will be those 13115 movies.
The instructions would be:
- Remove the app.
- Open App Store on your iPhone
- Search for “CLZ Movies” in there.
- Install and unlock with username (or email) and password
- Sync with CLZ Cloud to download all your 13115 movies, which will take quite a while.. so keep the phone powered with a cable, and ON, on the sync screen.
