CLZ folks, I am a fairly serious collector, fairly new to CLZ. I’ve catalogued over 3000 items in a fairly short time.

I have added dozens of titles by submitting to the core on my iPhone app. So many, that I am not even sure how to check them anymore. Can I work with someone there on getting these titles added to the database, because I am adding all sorts of indie titles, and books by major publishers, HC, tpbs and the like, on all sorts of comics-related topics (reprint collections, biographies, artist retrospectives, mueum catalogs) going back 60 years, some maybe more.

Alwin pointed me this way, btw.

I can point to a coupe posts where I spoke about it on Facebook, but it only covers a few small topics.

I searched our queue for your submissions but I could not find any, meaning these must have already been processed. Seeing they aren’t listed in Core that could mean the submissions weren’t sent in somehow, or they were sent in but ultimately did not met the standards of submitting we try to maintain (eg. clear cover without water marks, were all fields filled in). I’m not sure though.

Either way, as much as we very much appreciate your submissions to Core, right now our priority lies with mainstream US comics. With that in mind, I would advice to manually add your titles to your local database instead for now. I hope this answered your question. Thank you for contacting us!
