Collection Disappeared

I have been logging books and DVDs prior to selling or donating them. I had nearly 300 items logged, when one day I looked at the numbers and all my account showed was a single book. I checked the CLZ Cloud and found identical circumstances.

Where could all this information have gone and how can I get it back? This represents over a month’s work and I don’t fancy having to repeat myself. Also, I am understandably wary of starting over, lest the same thing occur.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what may have occurred??

In your CLZ Cloud (the spamarrest email address), I see 26 books and no movies.
Also, in your account I do not see a CLZ Movies subscription? Is that under a different email address maybe?

Did you maybe recently switch to a new phone? Something like that?
