My CLZ app doesn’t show any entries that are not “In collection” - I’ve got “For Sale” and “Sold” entries but I can’t see them, and when I display by Collection Status, there only status listed is “In collection”. If I search, then I can see them in the search results preview, but when I go to View All Results, they’re not shown.
Am I doing something wrong?
In the top bar of the app, check the 2nd button from the top right. Is that a brightly colored button, e.g. yellow, or green, or red? That indicates that you have a collection status filter active. To disable the filter, tap that button and select “All” from the dropdown menu.
That’s it! The filter button - I didn’t know about that but I must have changed it at some point.
