Collections and Index Numbers

New here, and I had a question I hope someone could help me with.

For my vinyl music I have everything physically arranged in groups like 12” singles, albums, soundtracks, etc. So in CLZ I arranged my collections in the same fashion. Is there any way to have each collection in CLZ have its own item numbers starting at one? So if I have 300 soundtracks on the shelf I could label them for easy sorting as they would correspond to what’s in that particular collection in CLZ?

So if you’re referring to the index number: that one always counts through - there’s no reset on that I’m afraid.

You can of course just type in any number in the index field yourself if you like?
