Collections Displayed in the Cloud

Before I start using the Collections feature, I have two questions:

  1. Can I set the program so that only one collection is displayed in the cloud, or if not, will the cloud have tabs so that a person can only look at one collection?

  2. Can a specific book be listed in more than one collection?

  1. The cloud will have tabs at the bottom left.

  2. That is not recommended no. To be honest, as soon as you feel that need, that probably means you are using collections for the wrong reasons.
    You may want to consider using one collection and then split up using folders, e.g. Tag folder, Genre folders, Subject folders, etc…
