Logged on this morning to find all my albums are missing
The categories still appear and they show the total amount of albums in my collection. I have done the following changed the view to list cards & covers but does not make the collections visible, also tried the usual login logoff again.
Strangely if I go on the phone app I can see all my collections without any issues
Hi @mrm62 I’m still seeing all your albums in your web-app.
Here’s what I’m seeing:
If you don’t see that, could you possibly have some search active, filter active, or clicked on an empty collection in the bottom of your screen?
Can you post a screenshot?

All the collections have data I’ve gone through the filters as far as I know all seem OK
However I did see bottom right very faintly the word Loading

I’ve just tried loading all of your subcollections and they all seem to load.
I’m thinking it might be an issue with one of the columns, which are not loading maybe on your side (they do on mine as you can see in my screenshot above).
Can you try logging in again, and see if it loads now?
if not, can you restart the computer, then try again?
(I’ve removed discs, tracks, length columns, as a test)

As requested followed steps but still have the same result as above with the little loading box displaying in the bottom right hand corner.
I was in the process of cataloguing my collections by artist/bands where I have almost complete discographies ABC was the last inputted on 20/01 on restarting PC/app on the 21/01 was met with the error of data not displaying.

Hi again. Sorry to hear it didn’t work.
- Do you use a VPN on your computer? (try disabling it if you do, as a test)
- Do you use any kind of plugins in your webbrowser? (try in an “incognito” window to see if it works there, as incognito sessions do not use plugins)
- Can you try a different web-browser, as a test?
- Do you have another computer you can just try to log in to see if it works there?

Good News I now have full visibility of all my collections
For reasons I do not know my existing browser Edge and alternative Firefox both would not enable me to view, I then tried Duck Duck Go and hey presto they all appeared. So I copied the bookmarks passwords across and some much needed housekeeping on my PC and the force has now been restored in my universe.
Thankyou for all your suggestions and help over these last few days to rectify the problem

I’m still wondering: Edge and Firefox: did you use plugins there, or like plugins that are a VPN?
or do you use a VPN at all?
Just want to find what the culprit is here as we had a couple other reports.

I run a VPN all the time [Nord] which I had for 5 + years and a few plugins but have had no issues with compatibility with CLZ.
VPN and CLZ are now happily working currently together.
Didn’t bring any plugins across TBH can’t see a dropdown in the browser settings for extensions/plugins they were only for voucher deals sorry I cannot be anymore specific

- I do wonder if it works now in Firefox or Edge if you try again (to see if it was merely a hickup with NordVPN. If you can double check that for us?

Apologies for not responding sooner.
I can confirm that both Edge & Firefox now both show the full collections
They do appear to still show a small green loading icon bottom right but then continue onto my collections. So you maybe right to it being a Nord hiccup
I’ll stick with DuckDuckGo now I’ve spent the time doing some house keeping.

The Loading thing is normal, as it would be “loading” but if it keeps loading, then something else would be going on.
Anyway good to see you’re on your way again.
