I reported a similar problem in another thread, but I find that the problem is more widespread than I thought.

In the above screen I can rearrange the favourites, and add new favourites, but I cannot edit, delete or select the favourites.

This problem ONLY occurs on my Tablet (Android 13) in either my default browser (Vivaldi) and in my vanilla browser (Chrome) which I use when the security in Vivaldi causes me problems.

This feature works perfectly on my mobile phone (similar setup, but more recent Android version) and it also works fine on my Windows computer (also using Vivaldi).

Also, the Cloud version works just fine on the tablet, just not the Web version!

Any suggestions as to how I might track down the cause of this issue?

Wait, in Cloud you are able to modify column favorites?

Yes, indeed I can.

I get to the Cloud Version via the App (ie in the Android App I select “View my CLZ Cloud” from the menu)

You talk as if this is not expected behaviour. But if I use Book Collectorz (where I don’t have a Web subscription and my Windows Update plan has expired, as has my Android App) I can still edit the column favourites in Cloud

I can modify column favorites in the cloud also. I’m using the Desktop version.

No it is expected behaviour definitely, my surprise was:

  • You are not able to modify column favorites when using “CLZ Movies WEB” on your Tablet.
  • You ARE able to modify them when using CLZ Movies CLOUD on your Tablet.

Is that what is happening?

Yes.

I ve also noticed in the Web version that if I persistently click on a radio button, after about 10 taps it changes. This is all very strange.

I was wondering if you have a debug version of the Web site which would allow mto send you a log.

I have been able to reproduce the problem on a tablet here with Chrome. Will report back when I know more, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
