Confirm your selection

When I wanted to add a newly acquired album through ‘Catalog Nr’ (PI 08), the correct album showed up (Franco - La Rumba Di Mi Vida). When selecting that, a window popped up, telling me to confirm my selection. Whatever I do after that, the album does not get added to my collection. What is happening here, and how is this to be resolved?

I checked your account and I see 6 albums added today, so something IS working.

Klopt. Daar ging het goed. Maar met dat andere album werkte het dus niet. Ik heb het nu handmatig ingevoerd, maar ik sta er wel van te kijken dat ik in het geval van dat Franco album mijn selectie moest bevestigen, en dat er vervolgens niets gebeurde

Dat bevestigen moet altijd toch? Dat heb je ook bij die andere albums gehad?

I am having the same problem. I got two CDs to add from CORE after several tries, but now, it doesn’t seem to be working at all.


When inserting the Catalog#, the window attached to this message opens. When selecting the correct album, another window opens:

It prompts me to confirm my selection. This window doesn’t usually open (this is the first time I have ever seen it), and whatever action I try, nothing happens from there. The album is not added to my collection

But this is new since last monday. It really should open now for ALL albums that you add.

I have indeed seen that with my other entries from last week. Only with that specific album, clicking on ‘+ Add to Collection’ doesn’t seem to work

Can one of you guys video this problem where it doesn’t work when you click the Add to Collection button?

The problem is with the checkboxes, they’re broken indeed.

What you can do to add is:

  • instead of clicking the “checkbox” just click on the result you wish to add.
  • Good news: the Confirm sheet will popup right away, now click Add, and it will add.

So for now: do not use the checkboxes if you only add 1 result. It’s also a click less if you do it that way :slight_smile:

Can you give it another go? It should be working again.

But when you’re adding albums, and you just want to add a single one, my tip would be to just click on the album (not the checkbox) and then add. It saves you a click
