I’ve been getting an error in the past week or so - see attached screenshot. It usually goes away eventually, but I’d like to know if it’s a problem with my computer (Windows 10) or with connect.com. Same problem with Chrome and with Edge.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the Connect site.
I checked but there is no know problem with Connect, neither do we have reports from other users. I also checked our SLL certificate, all okay there.
Are you using a VPN maybe? If so, can you try with the VPN off? Does that make a difference?

I’m not using a VPN but it must be something at my end. I’ll keep investigating.
Some things to try:
- reboot your computer
- reboot your modem / router
- try on a different internet connection, as a test, e.g. your phone
