Does the “Play Movie” button always include all movie files entered under both episodes and movie files entered under links?
The play movie button will play the linked movie file in your links tab (edit movie > links tab)
If you have multiple movie files under the links tab of the movie, it will dropdown so you can pick which one you want to play.
If you have episodes, you can edit a movie entry, go to Episodes tab, and set a “movie file” for each episode.
Each episode in the list in your details panel will get its own play button!
If I recall correctly I thought that the movie files linked in the links tab were the only files that I could play using the play movie button, but now all the episodes show up as well (in a dropdown). For TV series I have added the first episode under the links as well to be able to see if I have the series on my server, but I don’t remember seeing the episode appear in the pay move dropdown.
Oh right. Hm I think we added that at some point indeed. But this code hasn’t been touched in a long time. I’m afraid that is what it is (or perhaps it’s not annoying to you haha)
In any case the episodes themselves should have play buttons too!
