Hi Team,
I recently had to clear all my cookies, and now when I access my collection I get the pop up requesting I accept the cookie policy. When I do the window closes, but immediately opens again. If I disagree, I get the same. My only option is to close the window.
The problem is every time my collection loads (like when jumping from ‘in collection’ and ‘wishlist’) the window pops up again - so I’m constantly having to close it.

That sounds like your browser is somehow blocking our cookies.
Can you try removing your browser cookies for clz.com, then try again?

Chrome: Copy this url in your Chrome browser and go to it:
chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=clz.com
Now click the Trash icon to remove the cookies.

Firefox: Go to the app.clz…com then click the padlock next to the URL, and select Clear Cookies and Site Data.

Safari: Go to menu Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
Find “clz.com” and choose it and select Remove.

Edge: Select Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data and search for “clz.com”.
