What is the best way to submit missing cover images? And what are the guidelines for doing so (image size, no watermarks etc.)?
Use an image scanner or the Google PhotoScan app.
Then save the image in a resolution within 1500x1500, in JPEG format. Try to keep the filesize below 1Mb. No watermarks.
To be honest, we rarely use home scanned images from submissions. We only do that for rare comics for which no image can be found online.
Also, if comics are missing from our Core database, you can just report them in the “Core | Missing” subforum here: Core | Missing - Club CLZ
