Hello, I downloaded an issue (variant) which shows a cover in system, but when I go to library that I downloaded it to sometimes the cover is missing. Can you look into it?

Can you reproduce the issue? As in: if it happens, and you just add the comic again does it immediately download without cover again?
If so: which series/issue is this happening to (example would work).
Some times it does and some times it doesn’t. Well recently it happened to “Killswitch” #3

Would you say it is sporadic not downloading to the app?

When it happens, can you take a screenshot of the details panel of that comic that didn’t get a cover?

Killswitch: 3A or 3B? I see both in your Cloud, both with covers.

When it happens and you sync with CLZ Cloud, can you go to Cloud and double check if there is a cover there for it now?
@DavidG72 no need to reply to my questions. We’ve found an issue on our side with downloading of images. We are looking into it.
Right now it seems to help if you search a comic in the Add screen, make sure to wait until all images show up, and then add. This is a tricky one, and might not always work.
I recommend waiting, I think we can have a fix in place tomorrow somewhere. I’ll post back here when I know more.

Just downloaded “The Punisher War Journal” # 7. When u look it up the cover is there, but once downloaded the cover is blank in my collection. I have to then do an update from core, then it shows up.
Also the new download cover shows up when going through website, just on the app on phone or tablet doesn’t work.
Will you be able to correct that?
Strange, what if you add it as a new comic, now? Does it come with a cover then?
