I can’t seem to find a way to edit the options for a Fixed List or Multi-Value Pick List. Is that not possible?

A fixed list is exactly that… a fixed list. You can only set it up once. This is mentioned when creating the field, and also in our manual. For clarity:
For “Multi-value Pick Lists” you can just go into the menu top left, click Manage Pick Lists and then just select your pick list from the dropdown and add / remove / edit / merge pick list items as you normally do as well 
If you’ve already been using your Fixed List for a while but you made it accidentally and actually needed a modifyable pick list then here’s the solution: you could just create new Multi-Value Pick Lists, and then use the Field Transfer tool (select all comics, then use action bar > field transfer) to copy all data from fixed list to multi-value pick list.
Ah ok. I completely missed that. I guess I’ll have to transfer it to a multi-value list so I can edit in the future. I’m not sure what use a permanent pick list is… I thought the difference between the two was ‘multi-select’ or ‘single’ select.
For reference, I created a ratio list, so I could track that outside of ‘variant description’ as that’s not a searchable field on the web version. So I went for fixed list, built out my ratio options, and then organised my collection (I previously had tags for these). But now I realised I’m missing and option and have to start all over.
I see, I should have used ‘Pick List’ and not ‘Fixed’. Sorry - learning curve!
No worries Fran, we’ve seen more users choose “Fixed List” instead “Pick List” or “Multi-Value Pick List” - it might be the icon that is confusing. We’re closely watching and thinking of a solution (we do have some examples for Fixed List, but haven’t really seen good examples from users.. so perhaps it should just be.. gone, hah).
I’ve moved the two fixed lists I had over to a pick list Loving the custom fields BTW! Was there any talk of making any of these standard fields? Things like ratio?
Ratio is on the shortlist, and will likely be a field we will provide to the user (as in we will add the field to all the comic apps, and provide data for it. But no 100% confirmation.
We haven’t decided yet if this will be a number field, double number, or a pick list field. Pick List field would only be useful if you also “group” on it, like, show all my 1:50 ratio comics.
