So I noticed, and correct if I am wrong, I have books added to my wish list, and then scan a batch of new books in, including some from the wish list and I go to sort by Date Added - newest, it WONT show the ones from the wish list, they would be sorted to the date they added to the actual database right?
They don’t refresh to the date to the collection status was changed, correct?
That is correct. The added date is an “internal field” that you are able to display. It is when the actual entry is added to your database, no matter what the collection status was.
You have a couple of date fields in the personal tab, like Purchase Date that you could fill in.
There is another “internal” date field, which is “Date Modified” - that one will update to today if you “change the collection status” to from “Wish List” to “In Collection”.
