Although the web version of the app recognized my subscription renewal my desktop version does not.
I checked your account, but as far as I can see, you only renewed for the Movie Connect web-based software.
So that would explain what you see.
Are you planning to keep using BOTH the desktop and web-based software?
My recommendation would be to fully switch over to the Movie Connect web-based software.
Only the desktop. Never use the web version or mobile. Please shift license.
