Trying to trouble shoot this.
with vague info 
So, when I attempt to load up the desktop software, after the loading splash screen, it immediately minimizes to the taskbar and will not load/expand into full screen. At best, when hovering over the icon I get the pop-up image (see below)
This was a “working yesterday, not today” situation and not sure what’s going on.. but it’s repeatable, and even a reinstall doesn’t correct it. Not much info here but.. its what i’ve got.
Suggestions if any?
