Hi, I both use the web app and the mobile app. I usually use the mobile app. But today I updated the values from inside the web app, and the value of my collection dropped roughly 10000 euros. Updating it back from within the mobile app, it raised again that amount. It’s not about the value and I know it’s just a guideline, (honestly I think the lesser value would be more correct) but it’s the difference that’s confusing for me. Am I missing something?
Maybe you are not using the same currency on both sides?
Both are set to euro. Regions are the same. Is there a way to sync settings between the two? I also see that the core regio is set to usa everywhere, but no way to bulk change this. Is this correct?
There is an issue with the value updating on the web-app. This will be fixed in an upcoming update for CLZ Web, but that is still some time away.
You can’t bulk update the core region indeed, but it should not matter in the future anymore. So I recommend not changing it, and just leave it as is on both sides.
I recommend using update values on mobile app, then sync to CLZ Cloud, and keep them the same that way.
