I have been using CLZ Music Web for about half a year, and I have been satisfied with it… until today.
I haven’t open it for 4-5 days. I am the only person who has access to it. When I opened it today, I saw that about 80-90 entries had completely disappeared. Vanished. I have checked everywhere and found no solution. Last time I used the program I didn’t do anything strnge or unusual. I just moved one record from one list to another and that was it. Has anyone of you experienced this before? This is such a big problem for me that it will force me to unsubscribe and cease using CLZ Music Web.
I checked your account and our log of your deleted entries. I see NO deletions from your account recently.
So all albums all still there. Maybe these albums are located in a collection different from the one where you are expecting them?
Which albums/entries are you missing? Maybe I can find them for you?
This what I see in your account in terms of collection tabs. Does that look correct?

I have an Excel file where I have a kind of “mirror copy” of my CLZ Web page. Every record I get is first registered in the Excel file and then in CLZ.
For example, these records have 100% certainly disappeared from the collection called “In vendita”:

I can’t find any evidence of albums being removed from your database recently.
I only see 3 album removals in 2025 (1 in aug, 1 in sept, 1 in oct). I will try to find out which ones these are.
I see you also are subscribed to the CLZ Music app? Maybe something happened when syncing with that app? Then again, it seems you have not used the mobile app since July ‘25?

Thank you for investigating this issue. I have used some days now to rebuilt my lists, which now are correct.
I would like to ask something anyway. As you mentioned, I used the mobile app on July 2025 and that’s correct. I do all of my operations on the web. I intend to use the mobile app in some occasions (record fairs) when i won’t be able to use my laptop. Is the fact that I am not using the mobile app something that could cause problems? I just would like to know if I HAVE to login on the mobile app once in a while or not.
That shouldn’t cause problems. But it wouldn’t hurt to open the app once a month at least and sync all your changes down to the mobile app
